Longyear Museum Talk – Friday, August 17th, 7pm
Come join Mary Beermann and Jared Eggers for a presentation about Longyear Museum.
Mary will share her inspiring experiences while working at the Mary Baker Eddy Historic Houses in Lynn and Swampscott, Massachusetts, for six years.
Jared will give a short presentation on the value of historic preservation. He’ll also give a quick tour of Longyear’s new website and share a short video detailing the restoration of Mrs. Eddy’s final residence.
Lunch Bunch – 2nd Wednesday of Every Month
Now in its 15th year! Held the second Wednesday of each month from 11:45 AM to approximately 2 PM. All are welcome to join for lunch and a Wednesday Testimony Meeting in the Beacon Haven activity room. Those attending have said that they feel less isolated and more connected to the Christian Science community. Also, they love to hear the healings and inspiration shared at the testimony meeting.
$10 donation covers cost of lunch. Reservations are desirable. Please call 651-379-0100 if you are planning to join for the first time.
Transportation may be arranged if necessary.

Mary Baker Eddy Book Club
Group meets every month on a Sunday afternoon to discuss books written by Mary Baker Eddy or biographies of her life. Goal of this activity is to increase our understanding and appreciation of Mary Baker Eddy and her discovery of Christian Science.
Discussion of the readings will focus on the following:
– What have we learned about Mary Baker Eddy?
– How does this help us to be better healers?
